As you begin our online demo, you will see a screen similar to that pictured below.
We invite you to view this demo two ways. First, click "Log in as a patient" to view the site from the patient's point of view. Here you can view the online history form as completed by the patient and the narrative history automatically created from it. You will also be able to view the appointment and prescription renewal request forms.
When you log out of the patient view, click "Log in as a Receptionist" to view the application from the practice side. Here you will be able to view submitted history forms, appointment requests and prescription renewal requests. You will also be able to view the administrative areas including practice information, setting appointment availabilities, and directories for pharmacies, drugs, and insurance companies.
